Michael R. Burns is the owner of Taxes From Home, LLC and is responsible for all daily operations. His strict focus on education allowed him to obtain a four-year accounting degree from St. Xavier University in only three years. In his most recent role, Mr. Burns was the Assistant Controller and Senior Accountant for a company with over $120 million in gross annual revenue.

Prior to his most recent role, Michael devoted almost five years to the nation's largest parking company where he began in the treasury department and worked his way up to General Manager. Some of his more notable accomplishments include saving $500,000 on an audit and implementing a balanced scorecard at another company.

In addition, Michael owns and operates a consulting business.

Both Michael and Taxes From Home, LLC are authorized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to provide tax preparation services and electronically submit tax returns.
